A superb car for the occasional 'light user' off-roader. This is primarily a road car with off-road ability. As this is the prime use for 4x4's today it fits the bill perfectly. It drives just like a car, with precise steering, is exceptionally quiet inside, acres of room, 7 easy to adjust seats, very well equipped, looks great. The latest 2.4 D5 185bhp diesel engine is a very good compromise of economy verses performance. I searched the market long and hard for the vehicle with the best all-round features and I believe the XC90 is the one to have. Buy one of these or spend another £5,000 if you want the Mercedes badge or a Q7!
