I have owned this car for 4.5 years and it has only cost me servicing costs - i.e. brakes, tyres etc. I have now done 149,000 miles and it is just beginning to loosen up. Does the job it was designed for with a bit of comfort.
Diesel engine is brilliant for both economy and power. Will be buying another!

Fantastic performance, plus brilliant handling from the AWD system. Comfortable, ideal for a long journey. The built-in Sat Nav is so useful. The only let-down is the Electronic Throttle system (ETM) - it's dangerous because of its poor design. Volvo ought to recall this component and offer consumers a reliable replacement soonest.
