Not so bad for this kind of money (now worth a few hundred pounds at most). Gearbox is very hard and engine is not so powerful, but it's a very practical car without any special features.

This car has given me many years of good service. However one should watch out for the Coolant sensor check this out before buying this car the 1.3 versions anyhow. The 1.3Mpi as is the 1.4 Fabia the same Pushrod engine, I found it higher on petrol than my old Rover 1.4 400 series. This said the car is bulletproof bar of course the small trouble I had but it was second hand and its par for the course with any second hand car. Would I buy Skoda again? Yea in a heart beat. Great car fantastic price and the last "true" all Skoda engine. (1.3 version or 1.4mpi in Fabia!")

I got this car to fill a gap when my Golf was written off in 2000 - and now I don't want to get rid of it! It has been the most reliable car I have ever owned and I've had quite a few cars. It's not worth much, but then again it doesn't cost much to run - so I think the Felicia is a little gem of a car.

A great little car. Spacious and about as economical as you can get from a petrol engine. Very reliable thanks to being in the VW group and excellent value for money (£600-£800 can get you a nice one.) Handling and speed could be better but then again it is designed for round the town.

Not a bad car, and I got it reasonably cheap so can't lose much on it. It is not the quickest of cars and not the best handling. That said it is cheap to run and in estate form it swallows things without much hassle.
