My wife owns a W reg. The only faults to date in three years is the airflow sensor and a cam belt. Our trip around Ireland was a breeze and comfortable. This car feels solid and more like my Sterling a small car with big ideas. Set my sat nav for Rhayder in Powys from London. 5 minutes short of the ETA. excellent handling and TURBO gushing in this car makes it the best car I have driven. My love of automatics and the bigger car is the only reason for me not owning one. I'm after the 75 series at the moment. My wife loves the car and would not part with it, she would probably part with me first!

For a small car there is plenty of room inside. And it's economical, reliable and well put together.

Totally reliable and excellent value for money. Clio, Citroen and Peugeot can't compete on these two indicators. Comfort and roominess are OK but stereo radio-cassette is not up to much.

For a seven year old car, it feels very solid and tight. Very well put together. The steering is light precise, it handles very well. Mine is the 100hp version, and is very quick of the mark when pushed, it has put many bigger engined cars to shame. This is a very underestimated second hand buy, i would say take a test drive and see for yourself!!
