Impian is a rare sight on the road. A tiny dealer network means finding one is difficult and they're expensive to buy new - despite being made by a budget car manufacturer. Ride and handling are good, but the 1.6 engine is rough and the interior finish lags behind today's standards.

Max Awans says:
"Nice attempt by Proton freeing itself from manufacturing ex-Mitsubishi variants. The Impian is a car with sharp steering, nice handling but hampered to not so lively engines."
