Matiz fits a lot into a mini-sized package. It's practical, reliable and easy to drive, with good equipment for a budget car. And it's very cheap to buy and run.

"Great little urban/suburban car for the smaller family but hopeless on faster roads. Gets passed by everything, speed falls away quickly on hills (especially when laden) and is noisy/tiring on the motorway. But can't fault its low cost, tiny thirst, low insurance premiums and excellent reliability."
